Banh Mi Boyz is a Bay Area breakdance crew formed in 2023 by Josh, Brian, Chris, and Jeremy. This blog is where we document the parts of crew life that don’t fit in a 30-second clip: session breakdowns, battle recaps, the reasoning behind how we train, and the story of where we came from.

Why a blog?

Clips show the result. The blog shows the work. When you watch a battle highlight, you see the run — you don’t see the six weeks of drilling that made one transition finally connect, or the session where the whole set fell apart and got rebuilt. We want a record of that.
